In view of the rapidly spreading Coronavirus scare, the hospital has decided to provide teleconsultation services for public convenience

You may apply for teleconsultation services from following doctors

HOURS OF TELECONSULTATION
for all consulation request before 12 pm, you will recieve the consultation callback between 12pm to 2pm
for all consultation requests from 12pm to 6pm, you will recieve the consultation callback between 6pm to 8pm
HOW TO APPLY
1. Whatsapp the following details to number +918130394289
-name of the patient
-name of the doctor you want to consult
-your phone number on which you require call back
​2. You will receive a Paytm QR code via Whatsapp within a few minutes from +918130394289 (In case you don't receive a QR code from our end within an hour / QR code is blurred, contact us immediately.
3. Pay Rs. 500/- consultation fee to the QR code. (Remember, only pay money to the QR code you receive from +918130394289)
4. Take a screenshot of the receipt page​
5. Whatsapp the Paytm receipt screenshot to the number +918130394289
​Once your details are received, your request will be placed in a queue, and depending upon your position in the queue, you will receive a call back from our side by the consulting doctor
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) One free additional teleconsulation may be availed by the patient within 5 days(120 hrs) of the first consultation regarding any queries, updates or any problem faced by the patient
2) The patient should try to meet the concerned doctor for complete physical examination at the earliest, during the doctor's OPD hours.
(no consultation will be charged if the patient presents within 5 days ( 120 hrs ) of the first teleconsultation)
3) Each teleconsultation will not last more than 5 minutes
